Summer 2026 Trail & Parking Update:

Staying Safe While We Grow

Hello, Powder Haven Neighbors!

As the snow melts and the mountain transitions into its summer colors, we know everyone is eager to get out and explore. However, Summer 2026 is a busy season for mountain improvements. To ensure everyone’s safety during this period of heavy construction, we have established specific access guidelines for all Owners.

🥾 Trail Access & Closures

We are currently conducting a thorough assessment of our community trails. Our team is working to finalize a comprehensive access plan by the end of May, which will include a selection of trails slated for opening this summer.

We expect to provide a detailed status update by early next week. Thank you for your patience as we ensure the trails are safe and ready for use.

If you are heading up for a hike or to visit the lodge, please utilize the following designated Owner parking zones:

Skylodge Lot
Hidden Lake Lot

⚠️ Safety & Compliance

We are operating under a zero-tolerance policy regarding trespassing in construction zones. These areas contain active machinery and hazards that aren't always visible to the naked eye.

Please help us maintain a safe environment by obeying all posted signage and staying within the designated open zones.
